The Group Corporate Governance System for Our Sustainable Development
The Group has built a corporate governance system to appropriately manage decision-making and execution of duties as a corporate enterprise.
We believe that meeting the expectations of various trusted associates (stakeholders), such as local communities, business partners, employees, Shareholders, and investors, through appropriate decision-making and execution of duties will raise the Company's value for each of these people, which will drive comprehensive enhancement of our corporate value.

In addition to the initiatives that are designed to prevent the occurrence of risks, it is also important for a company to develop crisis management to deal with a crisis, should it take place. Our Group has established a structure in which our Group Risk Management Committee can promptly make decisions, provide information and take specific steps even at a time when a crisis takes place.

The reason for existence of a company is to achieve sustainable growth in line with the expectations of stakeholders, including shareholders, managers, employees, partners, financial institutions and customers, and to achieve a scale and a level of reliability that enable it to contribute to society. All employees of our Group share this principle.
DYJH Group has established the "DYJH Group Hotline (whistle-blowing system)" to detect and resolve any problem at an early stage when an employee becomes aware of any act of noncompliance such as illegal acts, improper acts, breaches of rules, or unethical acts or any act of violation of any rule in the conduct of business.
Users of the whistle-blowing system include not only Group employees, but also temporary employees, employees of contractors, employees of suppliers, and relatives of employees, including temporary employees.
Users of the whistle-blowing system may also report to the Audit Committee of the Company, and anonymous reporting is also accepted.
Each case is investigated by lawyers and hotline staff, while taking into consideration the privacy of all parties involved in the case. If a problem is found, a recommendation for correction or other action is taken, after which the status of the problem and whether or not the whistleblower is disadvantaged are checked as appropriate and reported to the Audit Committee.
