DYNAM Japan holdings Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes that the Company has the social responsibilities to handle personal information, personal number "My Number" and specific personal information(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Information") properly, and determines and implements this privacy policy as follows to construct the environment and system to make use of the Company's service safely.
The Company acquires Personal Information upon clarifying the purpose of using it(hereinafter referred to as the "Purpose" )and uses it within the Purpose. In addition, the Company maintains its internal management system and takes security control action not to use such Personal Information beyond the Purpose.

The Company responses promptly to the inquiries and complaints about Personal Information held by the Company, preparing the structure and procedures for reception and correspondence.
The Company continuously reviews and improves its Personal Information management system and the structure of it.
