DYNAM Business Support Co., Ltd. On 1 April 2013, subject to the predecessor DYNAM Land & Building Co., Ltd. of the Company being a surviving company, the Company has effected an absorption-type merger of DYNAM Data Processing Co., Ltd., DYNAM P Trading Co., Ltd. and DYNAM Advertisement Planning Co., Ltd. all of which were subsidiaries of DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. as well as the Company. Upon the above merger, the Company has changed its business name to DYNAM Business Support Co., Ltd.
The Company will increase its expertise on each field, enhance the function to optimize and manage assets and expenses and improve the function to support game machine effective utilization and sales promotion in all companies of the DYNAM Group.
