DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Group") wishes to build sound, good and equal relationships with its stakeholders (business partners) legally, socially and ethically at all times and to develop together with them, and in addition to complying with the "DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Charter of Corporate Behavior" established by the Group, we have established the following "Basic Policy against Anti-Social Forces and Serious Violations of Laws and Regulations" and will comply with it ourselves and will not conduct business with any individual or company that violates it.
1.Based on our social responsibility, we will not have any relationship with antisocial forces, and our representatives and other officers shall not commit any serious violations of laws, regulations, and related business laws that may affect our corporate ethics.
2.We will establish close cooperative relationships with the police, lawyers, and other outside professional organizations in the ordinary course of business and will endeavor to cooperate with measures implemented by the national and local governments to eliminate organized crime groups.
3.Clarify that the Group will cut all ties with antisocial forces by, among others, establishing clauses that exclude organized crime groups in contracts, rules, memorandums of understanding, and other documents.
4.Take legal action, both civil and criminal, against any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, and never accept such demands, regardless of the reason.
5.In taking the measures stipulated in the preceding paragraphs, the Group will ensure the safety of employees and related parties who deal with antisocial forces.
